Provide hands-on support and compassionate daily care to medically fragile pediatric residents in a small, home-like setting. CNAs assist with activities of daily living, mobility, positioning, vital signs, hygiene, comfort, developmental activities, and observation of resident needs while working under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
Qualifications:
Current California CNA certification
Current CPR/BLS certification
Pediatric or medically fragile experience preferred
Must meet facility onboarding, health screening, and background requirements

Support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents while assisting with meal preparation, food service, laundry, and general housekeeping duties. This role helps ensure resident living areas are comfortable, sanitary, organized, and supportive of each child’s daily needs.
Qualifications:
Experience in housekeeping, food service, healthcare, or a similar setting preferred
Ability to follow sanitation, infection-prevention, and food-safety procedures
San Bernardino County Food Handler Card preferred
Must meet facility onboarding, health screening, and background requirements

Provide specialized respiratory care and hands-on support to medically fragile pediatric residents in a small, home-like setting. Respiratory Therapists assist with ventilator and tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy, respiratory treatments, airway clearance, equipment monitoring, and observation of respiratory status while working closely with licensed nursing staff and the interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications:

Current California Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Pediatric, tracheostomy, or ventilator experience preferred
Must meet facility onboarding, health screening, and background requirements

Provide direct nursing care to medically fragile pediatric residents under the direction of the RN and physician. Responsibilities may include medication administration, vital signs, tracheostomy care within scope, enteral feeding support, documentation, and assisting with daily resident care. Qualifications:
Current California LVN license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Pediatric or medically fragile experience preferred
Must meet facility onboarding, health screening, and background requirements
