Our interdisciplinary team works closely with physicians, specialists, therapists, and families to develop individualized plans of care that promote each child’s health, comfort, development, and quality of life.

Skilled Nursing Care

  • 24-hour skilled nursing care provided by licensed nurses

  • Ongoing nursing assessments and health monitoring

  • Medication administration and management

  • Care planning and coordination with physicians and specialists

  • Emergency assessment and intervention

  • Family communication and education

​Respiratory Care

  • Tracheostomy care

  • Mechanical ventilator management

  • Oxygen therapy

  • Pulse oximetry monitoring

  • Airway suctioning

  • Nebulizer and respiratory treatments

  • Respiratory assessments

Enteral Feeding & Nutritional Support

  • Gastrostomy (G-tube), gastrojejunostomy (GJ-tube), and nasogastric (NG) tube care

  • Enteral feeding administration

  • Nutritional monitoring

  • Coordination with registered dietitians and physicians

Rehabilitation Services

  • Therapy services are coordinated based on each child’s individualized needs and physician orders and may include:

  • Physical Therapy (PT)

  • Occupational Therapy (OT)

  • Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)

  • Respiratory Therapy (RT)

Developmental & Psychosocial Support

  • Age-appropriate developmental activities

  • Social and recreational opportunities

  • Individualized daily routines

  • Emotional support in a nurturing, home-like environment

  • Encouragement of independence whenever appropriate

Family-Centered Care

  • Families are valued members of each child’s care team. We encourage ongoing communication, participation in care planning, family visits, and collaboration to ensure every child receives compassionate, individualized care

Additional Services

  • Pharmacy coordination

  • Laboratory coordination

  • Durable medical equipment coordination

  • Medical supply management

  • Coordination of specialty appointments and healthcare services

We provide care for children who:

  • Require 24-hour skilled nursing care

  • Are ventilator dependent

  • Have tracheostomies

  • Require enteral feeding (G-tube, GJ-tube, NG-tube)

  • Have complex neurological or genetic conditions

  • Are recovering from traumatic injuries requiring ongoing rehabilitation

  • Have life-limiting or medically complex conditions requiring comprehensive nursing support
